B&B IN ROME
Casa il Rosario provides B&B accommodation. Below is some information about the stay.
CHECK-IN: After 2.00 pm, except particular cases to be agreed with the Direction before. Rooms are usually assigned from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival.
In the covid-19 era check-in is online only. After the confirmation of the reservation we send a secure link to provide passport or ID details for all the persons booked. It is compulsory to fill in data before the arrival. Upon arrival guests have to show their ID or passport for identification.
CHECK-OUT: Rooms must be left free not later than 10.00 am on the day of departure. For late check-out, if not agreed with the Direction before, the “daily Use” will be charged.
CURFEW: Guests have to come back to the property before midnight.
BREAKFAST: Not served at Casa il Rosario in the covid-19 era. However, for our guests we have activated an agreement with a café in the area that has outdoor tables. 30 percent discount on breakfast and other drinks or dishes for the duration of the stay.

In the facility there is a Chapel available for all the guests for prayers and religious service attendance.
Within the B&B there is a meeting room available for groups booked at Casa il Rosario only.
Full Payment including city tax is charged on the credit card 2 days prior to arrival. We only accept Visa and Mastercard.
Guests who check out before the end of the stay cannot claim any refund excepted serious cases assessed by the Direction of the Property.
Guests who have already paid a deposit in case of cancellation or no-show are not entitled to any refund.
Tax is € 3,50 per person per night. Children up to 10 years do not pay city tax. It is only due for 10 consecutive nights spent in the same facility.

The Direction is not responsible for goods or valuables left unattended by guests in the rooms. Cash money and valuables can be deposited in the safe of the Property which is at guests' disposal.
